Introduction
My name is Liz Dumps and I am a civil celebrant, which means that I am licensed to marry people, but I also perform Commitments, Funerals, Naming’s, Renewal of Vows and, when the legislation for marriage equality is accepted, I will also marry same sex couples. There are a number of other rites of passage and important life events which people like to celebrate, and I can help you to plan these as well.
I am based in the Dandenong Ranges, an area of Melbourne that people often choose to come to for their special days. I understand the importance of surroundings to your ceremony and will work with you to find the perfect location for your celebration.
